GESTION DES RISQUES DES ACTIVITÉS D'INNOVATION DANS L'ÉCOSYSTÈME NUMÉRIQUE

L'objectif de la recherche est de développer le contenu des catégories de recherche dans le domaine du développement des écosystèmes d'innovation, d'identifier les caractéristiques de création d'écosystèmes de réseaux selon différents critères de classification possibles, de former des orientations et des modèles de gestion axée sur les risques et d'adaptation numérique pour écosystèmes d'innovation. La méthodologie de recherche s'appuie sur des résultats théoriques existants dans le domaine du management de l'innovation, de la gestion des risques et des domaines de la transformation numérique des écosystèmes. La recherche utilise une approche dialectique, l'analyse des systèmes, les méthodes de gestion stratégique et la modélisation. La nouveauté scientifique consiste en la formation d'un modèle de gestion des risques dans l'écosystème de l'innovation, qui comprend des procédures d'analyse stratégique et de gestion stratégique, est la base du développement innovant de l'organisation et vise à prévenir les risques et à minimiser les pertes associées à l'utilisation d'innovations. Les Conclusions. Les écosystèmes innovants sont des structures auto-organisées qui ont des relations stables entre les participants individuels, visant à former un environnement flexible et adaptatif. Le développement innovant des écosystèmes facilite le processus depuis la naissance d'une idée jusqu'au développement, la commercialisation, la mise en œuvre et le soutien de diverses innovations.
