Information For Authors

Interested in submitting to this journal? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.

REGISTRATION AND PROCESSING OF SUBMISSIONS

Our submission registration system allows authors to submit submissions 24/7. The deadline for processing submissions (expert evaluation, literary editing, layout of the issue and filling in metadata) occurs in stages, which authors can monitor in their own office after registering on the site. The average processing time of a submission, taking into account the "blind" review by two independent experts before publication, is 3 months. It is possible to order an urgent publication, when the editor receives the results of the review of the submission within 3 days, and if the decision is positive, it can be published immediately on the website, and in the next printed issue - according to the schedule.

COPYRIGHT POLICY

Authors retain the copyright and grant the journal the right to first publish their original scientific articles, which contain the results of theoretical and practical research and are not under consideration for publication in other journals. After the publication of the article in the journal, authors are free to distribute articles, indicating all source data (title of the article, name and surname of the author, DOI, reference to the journal in which the article was first published).

PAYMENT FOR PUBLICATION

Publication of an article in a scientific journal is paid. The minimum cost of publication (1000 characters, electronic certificate) is 24 euros. The maximum cost of the article (40,000 characters, DOI (Digital Object Identifier), urgent publication on the publisher's website, printed format of the magazine and the delivery certificate) is 278 euros.

You can find out the approximate cost of processing the article by contacting the calculator.

The article processing process starts after an advance payment of 16.99 euros (reviewing the article and working with the metadata).

All articles published in “INNOVATIONS IN THE SCIENTIFIC, TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL ECOSYSTEMS” are open access. Open Access publishing implies that all readers, anywhere in the world, are allowed unrestricted to full text of articles, immediately on publication. The Article Publication Charges pay for the editorial and production costs of the journal, for hosting the website, publishing articles online, preparing HTML, PDF versions of the articles and submitting the articles in electronic citation databases like CrossRef, International Scientific Indexing (ISI ), National Library of France (BnF), etc.

DISCOUNT OR EXEMPTION FROM PUBLICATION PAYMENT

The editors provide discounts on the publication of the article in accordance with the announced benefits or on the application from the authors, which provides a justification for such a request. Within 1 week from the date of receipt of such an application, the editorial office shall notify its decision.

REPOSITORY POLICY

As per the Journal’s Open Access Policy, authors are entitled of making their article available publicly in various domains and repositories according to the terms of the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. When reusing, distributing, posting or archiving articles, the journal must be attributed clearly as the original publication authority and correct details of citation must be provided. Authors are therefore required to deposit the unique URL/DOI of their published article in addition to the Version of Record in any Repository. We encourage authors to self-archive and submit their papers in institutional repositories or on their websites without embargo. These practices ensure greater citation of published work and provide productive exchange benefits to the authors.

“INNOVATIONS IN THE SCIENTIFIC, TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL ECOSYSTEMS” allows authors to deposit their research/data in any public repository that meets appropriate archiving, citation and curation standards. Such repositories mainly allow the data to be stored in native forms, which maximizes the potential for analysis, verification and reuse. In keeping with our efforts to support the dissemination of research works, our repository policy also follows indefinite preservation and continued readability of the articles published in our journal.

The different ways of sharing one’s article as the article moves through different stages of publication are provided below:
